My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was peaceful and quiet, but there was a lingering smell of smoke despite booking a 'non-smoking' room. The service was friendly and professional overall, yet there was a disappointing incident of staff entering my room early in the morning without permission. The location was convenient with nearby shopping centers, but the lack of organization and towels at the pool was a drawback. The dining options were decent, although it could have had better tasting food. The facilities were adequate, with some room for improvement.
